About Wheat 101
The National Wheat Foundation hosts an annual educational event and reception in Washington D.C. during the week of the NAWG/ US Wheat Winter board meetings. The event is meant to inform Members of Congress and their staff about each component of the wheat value chain and their importance to the economy.
